Nikki Fox

Nikki joined Ithaca Energy as EVP People & Culture in May 2025, bringing over 25 years of HR experience working in oil and gas, defence and banking sectors. She spent the past eight years working for Babcock International Group in London, where she held several Executive and Senior level roles including Chief HR Officer for the group and most recently as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff to the Group CEO. Nikki previously spent 15 years working for Oil and Gas operators ConocoPhillips and BG Group, where she held roles in HR and general management, based in Aberdeen, Houston and Russia. Nikki holds a Master of Laws degree.
