Ithaca Energy plc announces that it has entered into an agreement with Suncor Energy Inc. to acquire a portfolio of conventional offshore oil assets located in shallow waters off the East Coast of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
Ithaca Energy is pleased to confirm its promotion to the FTSE 100 Index, effective 21 September 2026, following the announcement made on 2 September 2026 by FTSE Russell.
