Janice Doyle

Mrs Doyle joined Ithaca as General Manager- People and Culture in November 2023. A Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Janice also holds a Masters of Law in Employment Law and Practice.

Mrs Doyle has previously held senior leadership positions in human resources and has experience in the oil and gas, aviation and retail sectors. Mrs Doyle held an executive management role as Director of People and Culture at EnQuest PLC and prior to this, was Head of Human Resources for Repsol Sinopec Resources UK (formally Talisman Energy UK).
