Deborah Gudgeon

Deborah is an experienced finance professional having qualified as an ACA at PwC (Coopers & Lybrand) before spending eight years as Finance Executive with the Africa focused mining and trading group Lonrho plc. She subsequently held positions with Deloitte, BDO, Gazelle Corporate Finance and Penfida Limited.

Deborah has over 30 years of corporate finance and business transformation expertise, with international board level experience across a range of sectors. She is currently a non-executive director at Valterra Platinum, Petra Diamonds Limited and Serabi Gold plc. She was previously a non-executive director at Evraz plc, Highland Gold Mining Limited and Acacia Mining plc. As well as being an independent non-executive director, Deborah was also chair of the audit committee for each of these entities.
