This notice is addressed to all persons who access the Ithaca Energy Inc web site (the "Website"). For the purposes of this notice, Ithaca Energy Inc and all of its subsidiaries and associated companies are described as the "Company".

Information on the Website

You acknowledge that by breaching provisions (d) and (e) above, you may commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. The Company may report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and co-operate with those authorities and disclose your identity, if known by The Company.

The name ‘Ithaca’ and all other names and logos identifying the Website, the Company and its business are proprietary marks of the Company. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any licence of any mark or of any other intellectual property right of the Company or any third party (subject to the provisions below relating to copyright).
The copyright in the Website content (including but not limited to design, text and graphics) is owned and/or licensed by the Company (except where otherwise stated). Each person accessing the Website is responsible for complying with all applicable copyright laws. All Company logos are owned by the Company and use of such logos by you is strictly prohibited without the Company’s prior written consent.
Reproduction of part or all of the contents of the Website in any form is prohibited other than in accordance with the remainder of this paragraph.
The Company authorizes you to (a) view and display the content of the Website; and (b) print or download to a local or network hard drive extracts from or whole pages for your personal use provided you do not delete the copyright notice "© Ithaca Energy (UK) Limited 2010" from all such printouts and downloads, provided that you comply with the User Obligations and Conduct.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the site can be accessed uninterrupted and error-free, however the Company makes no warranty or representation that this will always be the case. The Company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Website and any information contained therein without notice and will not be liable if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Persons accessing the Website do so at their own risk.
Communication
With regard to electronic communication, there is no guarantee that any e-mail you send will be received by the Company. Privacy statement
We may collect and process data about you under certain circumstances. The Data Protection Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
